Please submit your CV in English and indicate your level of English proficiency.
Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies, focused on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems.
Participation is project-based, not permanent employment.
What this opportunity involves We're building competitive-programming problems and their automatic graders (test cases + checkers) used to train advanced AI coding models.
You'll create problems, write both correct and deliberately-wrong solutions, and design the tough test cases that catch subtly-broken code.
Your work is what makes the training signal trustworthy.
To apply, share: your competitive-programming handle(s) + current/peak rating, any problem-setting experience, and IOI/ICPC/olympiad history.
What you'll do Write original algorithmic problems — clear statement, sound constraints, an intended solution; Write correct solutions in C++ and Python; Write realistic wrong solutions (common mistakes) to test against; Build and harden test cases: generators, edge cases, stress and "hacking" tests; Write checkers/interactors (testlib) for problems with more than one valid answer; Confirm the quality bar: correct solutions pass, wrong ones fail, within time limits.
What we look for Strong competitive programming background, shown by a public profile — a Codeforces rating (see levels below), OR an IOI / ICPC / national-olympiad record; Fluent contest C++ (STL, complexity); comfortable writing Python; Can explain why a solution is wrong and build an input that breaks it; Strong written English (C1+).
Levels (by Codeforces rating, or equivalent olympiad achievement): Associate — 1700–2100 (Expert / Candidate Master): easier problems; Expert — 2200–2600 (Master / Grandmaster): harder problems Senior / Reviewer — 2600+ (Int'l Grandmaster) or IOI/ICPC medalist: hardest problems + quality review.
Nice to have IOI / ICPC alumni and top competitive programmers especially encouraged to apply; Experience setting or testing problems for real contests (Codeforces rounds, ICPC, national olympiads, online judges); Testlib experience (checkers, validators, generators); Experience creating data for LLM code benchmarks or similar RL / evaluation datasets.
How it works Apply → Pass qualification(s) → Join a project → Complete tasks → Get paid Project time expectations For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10-20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
Tasks must be submitted by the deadline and meet the listed acceptance criteria to be accepted.
Compensation Paid per accepted task.
Your rate depends on the qualification tier you reach and how efficiently you complete tasks.
Because payment is per task, a faster pace raises your effective hourly rate.

Context & Vision

In 2026, writing code is no longer the primary bottleneck; managing its complexity and ensuring its reliability is. We are building a highly resilient advertising platform with a very lean, senior internal team, and we intend to keep it that way.

To achieve scale without the overhead of a large engineering department, we rely on an AI-first development paradigm and a philosophy borrowed from the best large-scale open-source projects. Our code is not public, but our governance is theirs: asynchronous communication, exhaustive written documentation, explicit rules, and uncompromising quality gates. It is the only way a small team of humans and AI agents ships serious systems without accumulating technical debt.

This role owns the entire product surface: the console through which advertisers and agencies run their campaigns.

The Role

You will own the frontend of the platform end to end — the advertiser and agency console where campaigns, audiences, creatives and reports come to life. This is the most visible part of the build and, today, the least finished; you will have real ownership and a large surface to shape.

1. The Advertiser & Agency Console.** Build and own the product UI: campaign and line-item management, inventory, creative assets, reporting dashboards, account and admin modules, and the conversational agent interface. You are responsible for how the product feels to use.

2. A Typed, Contract-First Client.** Our frontend consumes the backend through a typed, contract-first client. You keep the contract tight: no drift between what the backend promises and what the UI assumes.

3. A Real Design System.** The product is standardising on a proper design system. You will own its implementation, keep components consistent, accessible and internationalised (FR / EN / AR), and work with the studio on the visual direction rather than reinventing it per screen.

4. AI-First Delivery & Governance.** We expect AI to write most of the code; you are the editor, not the typist. You specify work as explicit, self-sufficient issues, direct agentic tooling to implement, and gatekeep every diff. Components, patterns and decisions are documented. If it is not written down, it does not exist.

The Tech Stack

- Core: modern React, TypeScript.
- UI:a component library and a shared design system; data visualisation.
-State & Data: server-state and client-state tooling, typed API clients.
- Testing: end-to-end and unit testing.
- i18n: multi-language (FR / EN / AR).
- Cloud: Google Cloud Platform.

Profile & Requirements

We are looking for a senior frontend engineer who owns a product surface with taste and rigour, and who is comfortable in a lean, high-quality, AI-first environment. This role is not suited to someone who wants a narrow slice of screens inside a large team.

- 4+ years building and shipping production React applications, with real ownership of a non-trivial product surface.
- Deep TypeScript, modern React, and a component-library-based UI used at scale.
- Experience with server-state tooling and typed API consumption.
- A real testing habit (end-to-end and unit) and attention to accessibility and internationalisation.

Core Competencies & Mindset

-AI Development Lifecycle: genuine proficiency editing and validating AI-produced code, and turning ambiguous product goals into specifications an agent can execute.
- Product Sense & Craft: you care how it feels, not only that it renders. Hierarchy, states, and consistency are not afterthoughts.
- Uncompromising Quality: a focus on performance, correctness and maintainability across a large surface, not just the happy path.
- Written & Asynchronous: exceptional written communication; effective in a distributed, async environment (Paris timezone +/- 3h). You document your components and decisions and do not wait to be asked.

You will plan and execute assigned tasks and responsibilities, and provide guidance to employees on matters related to Human Resources. In addition, you will play an active role in delivering assigned administrative projects. This position will report to the HR Manager and is located in Freha.

Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for advice and input across a wide range of HR areas.

Maintain and follow up on concepts, tools, and procedures.

Supports the HR team on matters related to improvement, efficiency, consolidation, etc., of general HR practices.

Contribute to projects to develop or enhance concepts or practices within the HR & Admin department or across functions.

Follow procedures, guidelines, and instructions for executing tasks within the specialist area.

Support the collaboration of HR and internal stakeholders to strengthen awareness of HR s role and function in the company and build relationships that help HR better support the business and its strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What we look for :

Bachelor s degree in human resources or any related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Fluency in English and French both verbally and written.

Competencies for this Position :

Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.

Adheres to company rules and procedures, executes plans with commitment and determination, achieves high quality results.

Uses a methodical and systematic approach, plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.

Makes an impact, convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully.

What we offer :

Competitive compensation and benefits.

Continuous learning opportunities and training activities through on-the-job training and our in-house learning.

Career development opportunities across multiple disciplines and geographies.

Leaders who focus on engaging and enabling their team, proven by consistently high employee feedback scores.

A supportive and inclusive company culture where you can be your authentic self.

A focus on having fun together through team buildings and social activities.

The Role You will own the frontend of the platform end to end the advertiser and agency console where campaigns, audiences, creatives and reports come to life.

The Tech Stack - Core: modern React, TypeScript. - UI:a component library and a shared design system; data visualisation. -State & Data: server-state and client-state tooling, typed API clients. - Testing: end-to-end and unit testing. - i18n: multi-language (FR / EN / AR). - Cloud: Google Cloud Platform.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a senior frontend engineer who owns a product surface with taste and rigour, and who is comfortable in a lean, high-quality, AI-first environment. This role is not suited to someone who wants a narrow slice of screens inside a large team.

4+ years building and shipping production React applications, with real ownership of a non-trivial product surface.

Deep TypeScript, modern React, and a component-library-based UI used at scale.

Experience with server-state tooling and typed API consumption.

A real testing habit (end-to-end and unit) and attention to accessibility and internationalisation.

Core Competencies & Mindset

AI Development Lifecycle: genuine proficiency editing and validating AI-produced code, and turning ambiguous product goals into specifications an agent can execute.

Product Sense & Craft: you care how it feels, not only that it renders. Hierarchy, states, and consistency are not afterthoughts.

Uncompromising Quality: a focus on performance, correctness and maintainability across a large surface, not just the happy path.

Written & Asynchronous: exceptional written communication; effective in a distributed, async environment (Paris timezone +/- 3h). You document your components and decisions and do not wait to be asked.

Job Description

We are looking for a Palantir Foundry with 3 4 years of experience in data engineering and hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry platform . The candidate will be responsible for building data pipelines, integrating data sources, transforming data, and supporting data-driven applications.

Qualifications

We are looking for strong Palantir Foundry / AIP engineers who can work across Application Development, Data Engineering, Ontology and AI . The ideal candidate should not be limited to building Foundry pipelines or dashboards. We are looking for someone who understands how to take a business problem from:

External/Data Sources

Data Engineering

Ontology

Business Logic & Actions

Applications

AIP/AI Workflows

Experience resembling an AI Forward Deployed Engineer (AI FDE) is highly desirable.

1. Palantir Foundry Core Skills

Profiles should demonstrate hands-on experience across several of the following areas:

Data Integration & Engineering

Data Connections / external source integrations

Pipeline Builder

Code Repositories

Python / PySpark transformations

Dataset modelling and transformations

Data quality, lineage and dependency management

Contour analysis

Quiver analysis

Foundry Automate

Candidates with strong traditional Data Engineering experience in addition to Palantir should receive additional preference.

2. Ontology Critical Skill

Strong Ontology knowledge is one of the most important screening criteria. Look for candidates who understand:

Ontology Object Types

Properties

Relationships / Links

Actions

Functions

Interfaces

Object-backed applications

Mapping datasets/data models into Ontology

Designing Ontology around business concepts rather than simply exposing database tables

The candidate should understand how Ontology acts as the business/semantic layer connecting data, applications, workflows and AI . A candidate who has extensive Foundry experience but little understanding of Ontology should not automatically be considered a strong Palantir profile .

3. Palantir Application Development

We want candidates who can build applications on top of the data and Ontology. Look for:

Workshop Application development using Ontology Actions and workflows

Functions developed through Code Repositories

Developer Console

React / TypeScript application development

Building custom applications using Ontology APIs

Integration of applications with external/internal enterprise systems

Strong general software engineering or application-development experience is a significant advantage.

AI governance and access controls

MCP / Model Context Protocol

Connecting AI workflows with external systems and tools

We prefer candidates who understand how AI is operationalized against enterprise data and business processes , rather than candidates whose AI knowledge is limited to prompting an LLM.

5. Programming & Data Engineering

Strong programming ability is expected. High Priority

Python

PySpark

SQL

Data transformations

Data modelling

ETL/ELT concepts

Large-scale data processing

Additional Advantage

React

TypeScript / JavaScript

REST APIs

Backend/application development

Cloud platforms

Databricks / Spark or similar data platforms

A strong Data Engineering background is a definite plus .

Preferred Candidate Profile

The strongest candidates will have a combination of three areas: Application Engineering + Data Engineering + AI Engineering For example:

Data Engineering Connections Pipeline Builder PySpark/Python Data Modelling Data Quality

Palantir Semantic & Operational Layer Ontology Objects Relationships Actions Functions Automate

Application & AI Layer Workshop / Developer Console React Applications AIP Logic Agents MCP / External Tools

Candidates who can comfortably work across these layers should be prioritized.

Screening Priority

When reviewing profiles, prioritize approximately in this order:

Strong Palantir Foundry hands-on experience

Strong Ontology understanding

Python / PySpark and Data Engineering

AIP / AIP Logic / AI workflows

Actions, Functions and Code Repositories

Pipeline Builder and Data Connections

Workshop / application development

Developer Console + React/TypeScript

Automate

Contour / Quiver

MCP / external AI/tool integrations

Do not reject an otherwise excellent candidate simply because they haven't used every Palantir application. We are primarily looking for breadth of architecture understanding combined with depth in several areas .

Profiles to Avoid

Be cautious with candidates whose Palantir experience is predominantly:

Contour/dashboard/report development

Basic Pipeline Builder usage only

SQL transformations without broader engineering experience

Foundry administration/support

Data ingestion without Ontology experience
