This includes managing risk, sales, service quality, personnel and business development and various functions such as accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, health & safety, and human resources. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead execution of all Wireline operational activities determining resource requirements (demand); crew utilisation, asset utilisation and inventory management to positively affect EBITDA </li><li>Ensure that the Wireline Product Line maintains its strategic focus on the provision of a quality service to customers </li><li>Ensures the organisation is optimally suited to deliver the best job execution with outstanding Service Quality and to systematically evaluate results obtained to further improve products and services.  </li><li>Regularly assess the resources and support required to perform a safe and high-quality job and ensure strict adherence to Service Quality and Safety Standards </li><li>Fosters and leads continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the internal process within the organisation meet the needs of the business </li><li>Conducts regular customer Service Quality Review meetings in conjunction with sales to ensure our services, products and technical support meet their complete satisfaction </li><li>Ensure customer Statement of Requirements details equipment verification and is translated into client Standard Operating Procedures </li><li>Maintain strong customer relationships, identify customer needs, and ensure alignment with sales on pricing for all bids and quotes; offer solutions, set and manage budgets, and ensure quality of job delivery </li><li>Provide technical support to field staff and customers prior to, during, and post job (briefing and debriefing) </li><li>Drive forward change initiatives which enhance business performance </li><li>Partner with sales in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the area </li><li>Oversee the creation of Delivery Tickets and that all End of Well (Job) data is recorded, reviewed and approved </li><li>Review and approve the final job summary in Weatherford Performance Tracking System; Maintaining strict adherence to Weatherford’s Delivery Ticket Process and implementation and compliance with the usage of FieldFX (where applicable) </li><li>Manage equipment maintenance and modifications to remain in accordance with the latest Technical Manuals </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 7 years of Wireline Operations</li><li>Experience of Cased Hole (preferred) or Open Hole </li><li>Minimum 3 years at management level </li><li>Experience in the execution of day to day operations and wireline related projects </li><li>Previous experience of working in Algeria would be an advantage </li><li>2+ years experience of P&L </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline </li></ul> </div>
