<li>Assist the Commissioning Operation Supervisor and Engineers during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Support operational testing, flushing, cleaning, leak testing, and system verification activities.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring plant systems and equipment during commissioning and start-up phases.</li>
<li>Participate in system walk-downs, punch listing, and close-out activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and construction teams during commissioning operations.</li>
<li>Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with HSE regulations and project safety procedures.</li>
<li>Support preparation and maintenance of commissioning documentation, reports, and operational records.</li>
<li>Assist vendors and specialists during testing and commissioning activities on site.</li>
<li>Report operational issues, abnormalities, and deviations to supervisors and engineers.</li>
<li>Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and commissioning coordination meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in safe and operational condition.</li>

<li>Technical diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related discipline.</li>

<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plant operations, commissioning, or industrial operations activities.</li>
<li>Experience in Oil & Gas plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, gas processing plants, or power plants is preferred.</li>
<li>Previous EPC project experience is an advantage.</li>
<li>Site commissioning experience in Algeria or similar environments is considered beneficial.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Basic understanding of commissioning and plant start-up activities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with industrial process systems and operational procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand:<br><ul>
<li>P&IDs</li>
<li>Process flow diagrams (PFDs)</li>
<li>Operational procedures</li>
<li>Equipment datasheets</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of DCS and control systems is an advantage.</li>
<li>Familiarity with troubleshooting and operational support activities.</li>
