The Opportunity Compliance Monitoring Analyst Africa The Compliance Monitoring Analyst Africa will support and perform transactional monitoring of compliance-related activities in multiple affiliates throughout the Africa region. Monitoring activities will be conducted in collaboration with in-country OEC team members in each affiliate. The role will also include responsibility for supporting data analytics projects in the African region and participating in global OEC monitoring and data analytics projects. Main Responsibilities : Monitoring: Work with affiliate OEC in each country to create annual monitoring plans based on the pre-monitoring risk assessment Compliance Activity Ranking (CAR) files. Analyze CAR details across affiliates/divisions/activities to identify trends and potential misalignments in risk assessment criteria applied in different affiliates. Monitor events and HCP/HCI records for anomalies and perform system maintenance and cleanup as needed.
