Main duties: Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems in accordance with regulatory, normative (ISO 22716), and internal requirements, in order to guarantee the protection of personnel, products, and the environment. Responsibilities: Hygiene and GMP (ISO 22716) Supervise the application of hygiene rules in production areas. Ensure compliance of HSE practices with cosmetic GMP. Raise staff awareness of good hygiene practices and safe behaviors. Safety Identify, assess, and control occupational risks. Monitor prevention and safety plans. Check personal protective equipment (PPE). Manage emergency situations (fire, accident, evacuation). Environment: Ensure the monitoring of discharges, waste, and effluents in accordance with regulations. Implement actions to reduce environmental impacts. Contribute to the sustainable management of resources. Management and Monitoring: Organize and conduct internal HSE audits. Develop and monitor HSE performance indicators. Ensure ongoing HSE training and awareness for staff. Propose and manage corrective and preventive actions. UNIC الجزائر هو المصدر الرئيسي للمعلومات حول نظام الأمم المتحدة في الجزائر. يتحمل UNIC مسؤولية تعزيز الفهم العام ودعم أهداف وأنشطة الأمم المتحدة من خلال نشر مواد معلوماتية للأمم المتحدة لجمهور محلي بالإنجليزية والعربية والفرنسية؛ والتفاعل مع الشركاء المحليين والإقليميين؛ وبوجه عام تقريب الأمم المتحدة من الناس الذين تخدمهم. سيدعم المتدرّب أنشطة الاتصالات من خلال إنتاج محتوى بصري، ومساعدة التصميم الجرافيكي وتغطية الفعاليات، مِمّا يسهم في زيادة وضوح رسائل الأمم المتحدة وحملاتها ومبادراتها. يتلقى المتدرب الإشراف المباشر من موظف المكتب المسؤول الأول عن UNIC الجزائر (الموقت). التدريب لمدة مبدئية تبلغ ثلاثة (3) أشهر مع إمكانية التمديد حتى ستة (6) أشهر حسب احتياجات القسم وتوفر المتدرب. التدريب غير مدفوع الأجر ودوام كامل. يعمل المتدربون خمسة أيام في الأسبوع (35 ساعة) حضورياً. تشمل مهام المتدرّب ما يلي: -المساعدة في تغطية فعاليات الأمم المتحدة وحملاتها وأنشطتها (التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو الأساسي)؛ -المساعدة في اختيار المحتوى البصري وتحريره وتنظيمه وفق معايير اتصال الأمم المتحدة؛ -المساعدة في إنشاء الرسوم البيانية والمواد البصرية ومواد جرافيكية بسيطة؛ -المساعدة في تصميم وتنسيق منتجات الاتصال (العروض التقديمية، النشرات، الملخصات، التقارير البسيطة)؛ -دعم تنظيم وتحديث أرشيف الصور والفيديو؛ -المساعدة في تكييف المحتوى البصري للمنصات الرقمية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي؛ -أداء أي مهام اتصالات أخرى حسب الحاجة. المؤهلات/المهارات الخاصة يرجى ملاحظة أنه eligibility للتدريب ضمن برنامج الأمم المتحدة للتدريب لا بد من استيفاء أحد المتطلبات التالية: أ. أن تكون مسجلاً في برنامج دراسات عليا، أو أن تكون قد أنهيتِه (درجة جامعية ثانية أو ما يعادلها، أو أعلى)؛ أو ب. أن تكون مسجلاً، أو أن تكون قد أنهيت السنة الأكاديمية الأخيرة من برنامج درجة جامعية أولى (المستوى الجامعي الأدنى أو ما يعادله). كما يجب على المتقدمين: -التمكن من استخدام برمجيات الحاسوب القياسية. -إظهار اهتمام واضح بعمل الأمم المتحدة والتزام شخصي بمبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة. -إظهار القدرة على التفاعل بنجاح مع أشخاص من خلفيات ثقافية ومعتقدات مختلفة، بما في ذلك الاستعداد لتجربة وفهم وتقبل آراء ووجهات نظر مختلفة. -يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين معرفة جيدة ببرمجيات القياسية، خاصة MS Word وMS PowerPoint وMS Teams. -القدرة على صياغة مقالات إخبارية و/أو منشورات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أمر مرغوب فيه. -القدرة على تصميم الاستطلاعات والاستبيانات مرغوبة. -المعرفة الأساسية بتصميم الجرافيك وأدوات إنشاء المحتوى البصري (Canva، Adobe أو ما يعادلها) مرغوبة. -الاهتمام بالتصوير الفوتوغرافي والسرد البصري والتواصل الرقمي مرغوب فيه. المتقدمون لبرنامج تدريب الأمم المتحدة لا يُشترط أن يمتلكوا خبرة عملية مهنية. ومع ذلك، يشترط وجود مجال دراسي ذو صلة بنوع التدريب الذي تتقدم إليه. يجب أن يكون المتقدم طالباً في السنة الأخيرة من الدرجة الجامعية الأولى (بكالوريوس أو معادل)، أو في برنامج الماجستير أو الدكتوراه، أو أن يكون قد أنهى برنامج البكالوريوس أو الماجستير أو الدكتوراه. هل تستوفي أي من المعايير المذكورة أعلاه؟ إذا نعم، يرجى الإشارة إلى أي واحد منها وإرفاق دليل طلبك. يرجى ملاحظة أنه سيتعين عليك تقديم شهادة رسمية في مرحلة لاحقة. يجب أن تكون لدى المتقدمين معرفة جيدة ببرمجيات القياسية خاصة MS Word وMS PowerPoint وMS Teams. القدرة على صياغة مقالات إخبارية و/أو منشورات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مرغوبة. القدرة على تصميم الاستطلاعات والاستبيانات مرغوبة. المعرفة الأساسية بتصميم الجرافيك وأدوات إنشاء المحتوى البصري (Canva، Adobe أو ما يعادلها) مرغوبة. الاهتمام بالتصوير الفوتوغرافي والسرد البصري والتواصل الرقمي مرغوب فيه. اللغات الإنجليزية والفرنسية هما لغتا عمل أمانة الأمم المتحدة. لهذه الفترة التدريبية، مطلوب الطلاقة في العربية spokenwritten. معرفة الإنجليزية أو الفرنسية مرغوبة. معرفة لغة رسمية إضافية للأمم المتحدة مرغوبة. معلومات إضافية غير متوفرة. نص خاص بالمتدرب المتدربون لا يحصلون على تعويض مالي من الأمم المتحدة. التكاليف وترتيبات السفر والتأشيرات والإقامة ونفقات المعيشة هي مسؤولية المتدربين أو المؤسسات المانحة لهم. قد يطلب من المتدربين الذين ليسوا مواطنين أو مقيمين دائمين في البلد الذي يتم فيه التدريب الحصول على التأشيرة المناسبة وتفويض العمل/العمل. يجب أن يناقش المرشحون بنجاح متطلباتهم الخاصة بالتأشيرة قبل قبول عرض التدرب. بدون رسوم الأمم المتحدة لا تتقاضى رسوماً في أي مرحلة من مراحل عملية التوظيف (التقديم، المقابلة، المعالجة، أو التدريب). الأمم المتحدة لا تتعامل مع معلومات عن حسابات المتقدمين المصرفية. </div>
