Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other grounds features by cleaning, replacing or making repairs. Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs. Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance. Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs. Serve as main focal with the main service provider (OPLA) for the maintenance, catering of the DARV, pre departure activities, distribution of kits, liaising with other IOM partners, and staff scheduling and rotation, whilst ensuring compliance with IOM standard operating procedures. 2. In coordination with the Information Management Unit and the Field Support staff, monitor MiMOSA cost management DARV activities and beneficiaries and flag any concern to the IOM Algeria IM Unit. 3. Coordinate with Direct Assistance staff to review and consolidate identified operational needs at the DARV and follow up with the Procurement and Logistics Unit to ensure timely procurement of goods and services, in line with IOM procedures. 4. Facilitate accountability towards migrants (AAP) by supporting the establishment and implementation of a feedback and complaints mechanism, in coordination with the AAP Officer. 5.
