Reviews the structural design of projects. Initiates value engineering exercises and identifies potential issues/constraints in design and construction during the early stages of design. Checks appropriateness of structural system and correctness of design criteria proposed by consultants. Provides direction to consultants to ensure complete submission of structural deliverables within project schedule.
