<p>Project Position</p><br><p><span><span><strong><u>Primary Duties</u></strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Participate in the installation, connection and tuning of a variety of equipment as per job assignment at various locations as required by clients.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Implement modification and enhancement of various equipment and participate in installation and commissioning of new systems.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Maintain a record of all tools and test equipment utilized and ensures their availability by accurate checks and ensure their accuracy by periodically sending them to Lab for calibration as recommended by the manufacturer and client.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Be continually present on the field to execute the work.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ability to lead a team of technicians to execute the work safely.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>In close coordination with contractors (when on site) undertakes the installation of equipment and ensures that performance of the equipment is within agreed standards and requirements.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ensure compliance to HSSE policies/practices and Zero incidents, LTIs.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ensure availability of proper instrument/equipment before starting the job.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Conduct Commissioning-related testing activities at site.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ensures correct tool packages are available along with detailed comprehensive commissioning procedures for individual jobs.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ability to monitor tools and responsible for tools given to him.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as and when directed by Supervisor</span></span></p><br><p><span><b><span><strong><u>Electrical:</u></strong></span></b></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ability to read electrical document: Single line diagram, Equipment layout, schematic / logic diagrams, load list schedule, relay setting document, earthing/ lighting protection layout, cable schedule.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ability to calibrate and maintain different instrument devices using latest testing equipment for level, pressure, flow transmitter, fire and gas detectors, analyzers sensors, pneumatic and motorized valves etc…</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ability to trouble shoot any kind of electrical circuit</span><span>and provide technical assistance to supervisors to ensure safe operability of the electrical equipment</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Find and remedies fault on electrical field equipment</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ability to organize and run sub-contractor</span><span>team</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ability to execute electrical SAT panels, energisation and functional testing of the electrical equipment.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ability to work on control system</span><span>such SMCC, SCADA, RTU and understanding the serial communication protocol and tools ( Modbus, TCP, IP)</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ensures correct tool packages are available along with detailed comprehensive commission procedures for individual job.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ensure Electrical testing procedure is strictly followed by sub-contractor and record test results.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Confirms/ arrange suitable PPE is available to all personnel under his responsibility</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Ensure that all commission activities are completed in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.</span></span></p><br>
