<p>The IT Coordinator ensures proximity, responsive, and service-oriented IT support, while contributing to the smooth functioning of the hotel's technological environment. In a hotel establishment, activity never stops: the hotel operates 24/7, and IT needs can arise at any time. This person can be: a Heartist who needs to be able to work, or a client who needs to be able to fully enjoy their stay. Our role is therefore to find the best solution while maintaining a professional, respectful, and service-oriented attitude.
