Engage les actions correctives en vue de lever les r serves. Valide les m tr s des travaux r alis s par les sous traitant. Anime et coordonne les activit s de suivi des projets. Contribuer l'am lioration continue du Syst me de Management Int gr (SMI) en : Signalant tout constat d'anomalie, de dysfonctionnement ou de d faillance pouvant avoir un impact n gatif sur la Qualit des prestations/ Produits, la sant -s curit des travailleurs, ou sur l'Environnement. Proposant, ventuellement, des actions et mesures correctives/ Pr ventives. Contribuer la sensibilisation des travailleurs en mati re de pr vention des risques professionnels et d'environnement. Sugg rer toute am lioration jug e utile et n cessaire (notamment sur les m thodes, les proc d s de travail, le choix des mat riaux et l'adaptation du mat riel) pour augmenter les rendements et renforcer la s curit , la sant des travailleurs et la sauvegarde de l'Environnement. Veiller la dotation et au port des quipements de protection collective et individuelle (EPC et EPI) appropri s. Sensibiliser l'approche processus et l'approche par les risques. <p>The Petrophysicist is responsible for assisting in delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to our customers. The job consults with operations groups as needed to support the area of expertise and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of product and service delivery and formally communicates findings. The Petrophysicist actively participates in promoting new technology and services offerings and supports the PL in risk management and applying lessons learned to improve job design and execution as related to the area of expertise. They provide real-time support to operations as required. Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process. Assist as required with the development of technical job designs for PLs. Assist with identifying areas where new and cost effective techniques can be applied. Explore opportunities for value-added products and services. Consult with Design/Technical Engineer role as required to optimize the technical design. Assist in real-time incident response, recovery, and investigation as related to the area of expertise. Assist in evaluating technical viability and overall appraisal of tenders as related to the area of expertise. Remain current on new technologies. <p><strong>Job Overview </strong></p><br><p>The Production Technologist is responsible for supporting production optimization, well performance improvement, and integrated asset development activities for customer operations in Algeria. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, this role analyzes production, reservoir, completion, and well performance data to identify production constraints and recommend practical optimization opportunities that maximize hydrocarbon recovery and asset value.</p><br><p>The Production Technologist collaborates closely with reservoir engineers, geologists, petrophysicists, drilling and completion engineers, operations personnel, and customer representatives to deliver integrated technical solutions. The role also supports production surveillance, well diagnostics, artificial lift optimization, intervention candidate selection, and mature field development while ensuring compliance with Weatherford's HSE, Quality, and operational excellence standards.</p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li><span>Analyze production, well, reservoir, completion, and surface network data to evaluate well performance, identify production constraints, and support production optimization initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Perform production surveillance, production decline reviews, well diagnostics, and integrated asset performance evaluations using production history, pressure data, well tests, production logs, and reservoir surveillance information.</span></li><li><span>Support production enhancement studies by identifying opportunities for artificial lift optimization, stimulation, workovers, water and gas management, production debottlenecking, and well intervention.</span></li><li><span>Perform nodal analysis, inflow and outflow performance evaluation, well deliverability assessments, and production system analysis to improve production efficiency.</span></li><li><span>Integrate geological, petrophysical, reservoir, completion, and production data to develop practical technical recommendations that improve asset or Integrated Asset Management.</span></li><li><span>Experience supporting production surveillance, well performance evaluation, production optimization, and field performance reviews.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of artificial lift systems, production system analysis, nodal analysis, well intervention, production enhancement, and mature field optimization.</span></li><li><span>Experience working within multidisciplinary teams involving reservoir engineering, geology, petrophysics, drilling, completions, and production operations.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in production engineering software, surveillance platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><br><ul><li><span>Experience supporting customer-facing production optimization studies, integrated asset management projects, and technical consulting engagements.</span></li><li><span>Experience with production engineering and reservoir software such as PIPESIM, Prosper, GAP, OFM, KAPPA, Eclipse, CMG, Petrel, Techlog, or
