<p>Participate in the control and validation of the construction plan. Participate in the formalization of all documents related to testing, commissioning & startup. Participate in monitoring the project execution schedule. Participate in the overall physical progress of project activities. Participate in controlling the application of HSE procedures on the construction site. Control the establishment of temporary infrastructures related to construction (camps & work execution means). State Engineer Laboratory & Chemical Products Corrosion Inspection. Mastery of the English language is desirable. Experience in the Oil and Gas sector.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p>
<p>Analyze technical files, define construction methods, plan site stages, and estimate resource needs (materials, equipment, teams). Supervise field teams, coordinate subcontractor interventions, and ensure work progress. Liaise with the client, design offices, and local authorities.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma of Engineer in Civil Engineering / Public Works</li><li>Proficiency in project management and technical drawing interpretation</li><li>Knowledge of regulations (public/private markets, safety, environment)</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD software and civil engineering design software</li><li>Organizational skills and excellent communication</li><li>Proven experience of more than five (5) years, acquired on projects of similar nature and complexity</li></ul>
