This role owns our two AI surfaces: the Smeetz MCP server and the AI chatbot. You own them end to end. You talk to the venues using them, you decide what to build next, you write the production code, and you watch what happens once it is live. There is no product manager between you and that decision. Reports to the VP of Engineering. No direct reports. The authority in this role is over a surface area, not over people. Key responsibilities A product engineer owns a piece of the product end to end: choosing what to build, building it, and improving it once real customers are using it. Here that piece is our AI surfaces. Own the Smeetz MCP server and the AI chatbot. Both are yours end to end: the tool surface, the agent behaviour, and the guardrails on what they are allowed to do. Decide what to build next. Run discovery on your own area. Talk to venue operators, read the traces, pick the work, write the spec yourself, ship it, then measure it. Own reliability and performance. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job Summary The QA/QC Engineer ensures that work / projects are delivered based on good work practices and project specifications to guarantee completion of work within the given time limits with quality of work that meets or even exceeds the clients expectations by implementing international quality standards plans and quality procedures in all the construction activities. Assists in developing the Project Quality Management System by establishing procedures, plans and work instruction as needed. Job Responsibilities 1 Assist Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer on implementing quality management system at site as per approved Project Quality Plan and IMS Procedures. Prepare work inspection requests (WIR) for each construction activity and submit to consultant to ensure it covers all the construction activities done on site. Check all incoming materials as per project specifications and approved material submittals. Monitor WIRs and test reports and update the Quality Manager and site team on the status. Establish and monitor control of QA/QC Plans, Method of Statements and Test Plans before commencement of the project and implementing it during the project in order to meet the project quality requirements and client’s expectations. Ensure that control of document procedures is implemented and all approved documents from consultant are distributed through the document control system. Check Inspection and Test Plan if available and all method statements and test plan are submitted for the consultant as per the approved ITP plan. Prepare work inspection request (WIR) for each construction activity and submitted to consultant to ensure it covers all the construction activities done on site. Job Responsibilities 2 Verify if work inspections are carried out as per the plan and advice the construction team for the corrective action to avoid the rejection of work and emphasizes that work inspection shall passed during the first submission with 90% rate. Ensure all incoming materials are checked as per the project specifications and approved material submittals. Inspect all materials internally before offering inspection to the consultant, raising the NCR to the supplier in case the substandard material is delivered, the record of inspection shall be included in the month Quality report. Maintain the records of all work and material inspection and provide the data in the weekly progress meetings. We are building a highly resilient advertising platform with a very lean, senior internal team, and we intend to keep it that way. To achieve scale without the overhead of a large engineering department, we rely on an AI-first development paradigm and a philosophy borrowed from the best large-scale open-source projects. Our code is not public, but our governance is theirs: asynchronous communication, exhaustive written documentation, explicit rules, and uncompromising quality gates. It is the only way a small team of humans and AI agents ships serious systems without accumulating technical debt. This role owns the part of that platform where money and latency meet: the serving path and the integrations to external ad systems. -The Role You will own, end to end, the connectors and serving logic that turn an ad request into a served, billed impression. This is hands-on, systems-level backend work with a direct revenue impact and a low tolerance for error. 1. Ad Serving & Integrations. Build and own the integrations to external ad servers and demand partners, the serving gateway, and the augmentation and bidding logic that sits between them. You are the person who understands, precisely, how these systems talk to each other and why. 2. Correctness on the Hot Path. The serving path is real-time and handles money. You will hold the line on latency, on monetary correctness, on idempotency, and on the reconciliation between what was decided, what was cleared, and what was billed. A silent error here is a production incident. 3. AI-First Delivery.We expect AI to write the majority of the code; you are the editor, not the typist. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ul> <li>كمهندس تخطيط أول في القطاع الصناعي، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عمليات تخطيط المشاريع وتحسينها لضمان التنفيذ الناجح عبر مشاريع مختلفة. ستتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، وتستخدم أدوات وتقنيات معيارية في الصناعة، وتقود مبادرات التحسين المستمر لزيادة كفاءة المشروع وتسليمه. </li> <li>تطوير وتنفيذ خطط مشاريع شاملة وجداول زمنية وتخطيط الموارد، وتحديد المعالم والمسار الحرج والميزانيات مع مراجعة مستمرة للمشاريع بما يتماشى مع أهداف المنظمة والجداول الزمنية. </li> <li>التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك التشغيل والتوريد والتصنيع وقسم الجودة لجمع متطلبات المشروع، وتحديد الاعتماديات، وتخفيف المخاطر. </li> <li>استخدام أدوات وتقنيات إدارة المشاريع بمعايير الصناعة لمتابعة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد الانحرافات عن الخطة، وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية لضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد ضمن القيود الميزانية. </li> <li>عقد اجتماعات حالة المشروع بشكل منتظم مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتقديم تحديثات حول معالم المشروع وتخصيص الموارد والعقبات المحتملة، وتعزيز الشفافية والتوافق بين الفرق. </li> <li>ضمان رضا العملاء وتوافق خطط المشروع مع توقعات العميل، وتقديم حلول عالية الجودة تلبي أو تتجاوز متطلبات العميل. </li> <li>الترويج لثقافة متمركزة حول العميل داخل فريق إدارة المشروع، مع التأكيد على أهمية فهم واحتواء احتياجات العميل وأولوياتها طوال دورة حياة المشروع. </li> <li>دور محوري في دورة العطاء من خلال المساهمة بالخبرة في تخطيط المشروع وتخصيص الموارد لتطوير عروض تنافسية تلبي احتياجات العميل بشكل فعال. </li> <li>المتابعة مع قسم اللوجستيات والمشتريات لاستلال الموارد والمعدات والخدمات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التنظيمية. </li> <li>إعداد تقارير المشروع الشاملة والعروض التقديمية والوثائق لأصحاب المصلحة внутр和 الإدارة العليا، تلخص أداء المشروع والدروس المستفادة والتوصيات للمشروعات المستقبلية. </li> <li>الترويج لجميع بروتوكولات السلامة واللوائح البيئية ومعايير الجودة المطبقة على مشاريع الهندسة الصناعية، لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة ومستدامة لجميع الأفراد المشاركين. </li> <li>الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية. </li> <li>تحليل بيانات المشروع ومقاييس الأداء لتحديد فرص التحسين في العملية وتخفيض التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة، والمساهمة في ثقافة التحسين المستمر داخل المؤسسة. </li> <li>تطوير وص maint يد أنظمة إدارة المعرفة لالتقاط ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات والدروس المستفادة ووثائق المشروع، لضمان انتقال المعرفة داخل المنظمة. </li> <li>مواكبة اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في الهندسة الصناعية وإدارة المشاريع. دمج الابتكارات ذات الصلة في تخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع.</li> </ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5"> مرشح مفضل</h2> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small bg-mute"> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Years_of_experience"> سنوات الخبرة </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Years_of_experience"> 4+ سنوات</div> </div>
