They are responsible for ensuring the work is completed in accordance with Procedures, the Work Over Program, Algerian regulations, HSE policy and procedures, policies and procedures, and to protect interests in every respect.<br> The WO Supervisor is the Company on-site representative. Discusses future operations plans with the Drilling Superintendent and the Completion Engineer in an effort to optimize and eliminate problems.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the Drilling Superintendent, Drilling Engineer, contractor and all service companies to ensure that all technical specifications of the Work Over Program.</li><li>Prepares a service contractor evaluation form at the end of each well.</li><li>Issues instructions in emergency situations. Conducts emergency drills, BOP drills, etc. as often as deemed necessary.</li><li>Personally inspects all tools and wellhead equipment for size and pressure rating on arrival at the rig site. Assures that the proper tools and back-ups, if required, are available on location and ready for use. Ensures that every piece of equipment that enters the hole is measured and that the drillstring length is accurately known.</li><li>Inspects the equipment frequently to assure that it is being maintained in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract. Discusses with the contractor Toolpusher, actions required to correct problems noted and follows up to see that corrective action is taken.</li><li>Recommends ways to reduce cost and improve safety. Cost analysis and / or breakeven analysis should be prepared whenever applicable.</li><li>Participates with the Completion Engineer and Drilling Superintendent in revising / editing the completion program whenever necessary.</li><li>Ensures that the operations are properly documented on the Tour Report and the Daily Operational Report. Prepares work instructions, transfer documents, receiving documents, pressure tests spreadsheet / graphs, cementing plug reports, tallies, BHAs, etc., to ensure well records are accurate. </li><li>Responsible for the entire wellsite completion operations. Ultimate authority for all personnel on the rig site.</li><li>Participates in risk assessments and peer reviews to ensure appropriate project planning. Ensures that risks are understood and managed adequately. Ensures that all personnel are working in a safe and professional manner and according to laws, rules, regulations, and standards. Actively participates in Safety meetings. Recognizes and rewards good behaviour and performance. Documents and investigates all accidents, incidents, serious near misses and equipment failures that occur on wellsite.</li><li>Provide technical troubleshooting on the work over rig.</li><li>Ensure that wells are worked-over in a manner that meets the objectives of the Reservoir, Production, Geological departments and senior management.</li><li>Coordinate with the Drilling Superintendent and the Drilling Material Coordinator the timely arrival of drilling equipment and services on well site.</li><li>Monitor expenditures on a daily basis with the goal of working over the most cost effective wells possible without jeopardizing safety or quality. <span>Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project (**https://tendem.<br>ai/**) and create high-quality presentations for real-world use cases.<br> In this role, you'll apply your expertise in visual communication, information design, and storytelling to create clear, engaging, and professionally designed presentations.<br> This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands-on experience in visual communications, information design, and storytelling.<br> What We Do The Mindrift platform connects specialists with innovative technology projects.<br> Our mission is to help develop high-quality AI technologies by combining real-world expertise from professionals across the globe with advanced AI development efforts.<br> About the Role This is a freelance role for a Tendem project.<br> As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy.<br> We need a specialist who knows how to communicate complex information beautifully, turning raw data and narratives into compelling, highly persuasive slides and one-pagers.<br> You will use tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to create polished, presentation-ready deliverables.<br> Key Responsibilities Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.<br> Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.<br> Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.<br> Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.<br> Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.<br> How to get started Apply, pass qualification(s), and start contributing to projects aligned with your expertise — on your own schedule.<br> Educational qualifications At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.<br> Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.<br> Academic and/or Professional Experience Candidates must have a strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (not just basic templates).<br> We are looking for specialists who have a deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design.<br> A methodical, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently to transform complex narratives into premium visuals are essential.<br> Technical Skills (Essential) Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.<br>, for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.<br> Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.<br> Data & information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.<br> Typography & animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.<br> Additional requirements Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.<br> Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.<br> Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.<br> English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required) Your CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization.<br> Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant presentation cases, will not be considered.<br> Project time expectations For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements.<br> This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.<br> Compensation On this project, contributors can earn up to $35 per hour equivalent , depending on their level and pace of contribution.<br> Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise.<br> Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.<br></span> </div>
