About the Role We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee the day-to-day delivery of social media marketing activities. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, and understands how social media contributes to brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and overall business growth. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their social media strategy is properly executed, deadlines are met, performance is monitored, and clients remain informed and satisfied. Base+ Commission Remote setup Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of social media clients and serve as their primary point of contact. * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. * Understand each client’s business, target audience, positioning, and marketing objectives. * Develop and coordinate social media strategies aligned with client goals. * Work closely with content creators, designers, copywriters, video editors, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution. * Create and manage content calendars and ensure all deliverables are completed on time. * Review and provide feedback on social media content before client delivery or publishing. * Coordinate client approvals, revisions, and feedback. * Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients. * Translate social media metrics into meaningful business insights and recommendations. * Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, lead generation, and overall account performance. * Proactively communicate campaign updates, challenges, and opportunities to clients. * Manage client expectations, deadlines, and priorities effectively. * Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them quickly. * Stay up to date with social media platforms, trends, content formats, algorithms, and best practices. Requirements * 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role. * Proven experience managing social media accounts for clients or brands. * Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. * Good understanding of content strategy, social media growth, engagement, and audience development. * Experience working with content calendars and social media management tools. * Strong client-facing and communication skills. * Excellent written and verbal English. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and follow-through. * Comfortable working with performance data, analytics, and reporting. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Nice to Have * Experience working in a digital marketing agency. * Experience with lead generation or performance marketing. * Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms. * Basic understanding of paid social advertising. * Experience working with international clients. * Experience with CRM, project management, or client reporting platforms.
