HR Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring that our HR practices align with our company goals. This role requires a versatile professional capable of handling various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:


   Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.

   Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving work-related issues promptly and effectively.

   Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local labor laws.

   Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.

   Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.

   Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

   Provide support in the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll.

   Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

   Support the HR Manager in various projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:


   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

   Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.

   Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws and regulations.

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

   Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.

   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
