HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and providing excellent support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances under the guidance of the HR Manager.
* HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Payroll Support: Assist in preparing payroll information by collecting timesheets and verifying attendance. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment and queries. Coordinate with benefits providers to manage employee benefits programs.
* Training and Development: Support the development and implementation of training programs. Coordinate logistics for training sessions and track employee training progress.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
* Events and Engagement: Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.

Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
* Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
