Job Summary


The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department with a primary focus on social security and health insurance. This role will also involve a range of general administrative tasks to facilitate the effective operation of HR services. This position requires a professional with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, aligned with AstraZeneca's commitment to fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Social Security and Health Insurance
    • Coordinate and manage social security and health insurance processes for employees.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers, addressing queries and issues.
    • Prepare and manage required documentation for employee benefits enrollment and changes.
    •  Ensure regular monitoring and raise awareness related to the health insurance consumption.
    • Maintain HR dashboards for the activity within their scope
  • Onboarding New Hires
    • Schedule and coordinate medical visits as part of the onboarding process.
    • Deploy training sessions to explain company processes and policies.
  • General HR Administration
    • Provide support on general HR tasks as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes: contract, probation period, payroll inputs…

Minimum Criteria and Competencies:


Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role, with specific experience in social security, health insurance & payroll inputs management.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and relevant legal regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems (Workday).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
