- Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Handle all administrative tasks for on-boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Conduct all payroll activities (Attendance, annual leave, exception, ….), prepare monthly allowance reports and Prepare payment slabs on monthly bases.
- Manage and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Defining on-boarding procedures aligned to our company’s culture.
- Developing the training plans for employees and department.
- Tracking KPI's and suggesting improvements.
- Designing as well as implementing company policies in compliance with our long-term business goals.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, Law background is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR generalist role.Excellent command of spoken and written English.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
