Job Title: Junior Engineers – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil

Location: United Arab Emirates (or Project-Based)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and technically sound Junior Engineers in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil disciplines with a minimum of 2 years of experience in their respective fields. The candidates should possess a good understanding of engineering principles, site execution, and project coordination. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build their careers in a structured and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

For Electrical Engineers:

Assist in electrical site execution, testing, and commissioning.

Support design review, load calculations, and preparation of BOQs.

Coordinate with suppliers and ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety norms.

Assist in preparation of DEWA documentation and site inspection requests.

For Mechanical Engineers:

Assist in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting installations and supervision.

Support heat load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/piping layouts.

Coordinate with site supervisors and MEP consultants.

Review and update shop drawings and materials submittals.

For Civil Engineers:

Support in execution of structural and architectural works on site.

Monitor concrete work, rebar installation, formwork, and finishing activities.

Prepare daily site progress reports and assist with quality control.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety guidelines.

General Responsibilities (All Disciplines):

Assist senior engineers and project managers in planning and execution.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and site progress updates.

Attend project meetings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.

Maintain quality assurance and adherence to project timelines.

Salary range :2,500.00 to 3,500.00 AED

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any country.

Good understanding of engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Willingness to work on site and travel as per project requirements.
