About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager to lead the execution of various construction and maintenance projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and confidently handle coordination with consultants, government entities, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project lifecycle from site mobilization to handover
• Manage on-site activities for residential villas, service blocks, and public infrastructure
• Coordinate the construction of boundary walls, steel/wooden structures, interlocks, and fencing systems
• Liaise with government authorities and clients to obtain approvals and ensure compliance
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards
• Prepare work schedules, material take-offs, BOQs, and progress reports
• Identify issues early and implement corrective actions without delays

Projects You'll Lead:

• Villa/service block construction
• Facility maintenance/renovations
• Boundary wall construction and fence installations
• Steel shade and wooden pergola structures (large and small)
• Interlock paving and landscape hardscaping

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, materials, and construction methods
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• UAE Driving License is required
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
