Senior Specialist – Security & Services

  • Manage a security team of supervisors and contracted guards in terms of setting schedules, deploying/removing guards, assigning responsibilities, and evaluating their performance.

  • Developing and implementing protocols by establish procedures that guarantee the efficient operation of security, cleaning & pest control, landscaping and planting.

  • Monitor all operations by regularly patrolling company premises and work sites to identify potential risks and develop plans and countermeasures to mitigate them.

  • Validate and sign investigation reports from subordinates and follow up, coordinate where required regarding police case reports.

  • Ensure discipline and investigation of all security remit and areas, and taking disciplinary actions when necessary regarding security operations.

  • Managing the security records includes documenting security incidents, access logs, and other security-related information and provide the necessary reports.

  • Ensure the validity of all annual maintenance and service contracts (AMCs and ASCs) and start the renewal process three months prior to the contract's expiration date.

  • Review, confirm, and approve the the contractor's monthly reports and invoices before sending them to the line manager.

  • Ensure that every service provider complies with all legal requirements and regulations, AAM policies, HSE standards & rules, and contract commitments. Action to be taken immediately in case otherwise.

  • Establish and oversee an appropriate database where detailed records and comprehensive documentation of all the operations related to security, cleaning & pest control, and landscaping & planting are kept up-to-date.

  • Management Of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)with coordination with the assigned contractor.

  • Coordinate and monitor day to day scope of work of services performed by assigned contractor as per signed services agreement.

  • Manage and monitor the tender management process for the renewal of contract.

  • Review and approval of monthly invoices.

  • To consult with departments and business units on a regular basis to understand their requirements and gather feedback on the services they received and then share their inputs with the service provider to improve the quality of the services according to their expectations.
