About the Role As a Global Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for high-profile clients. Your role will center on understanding client objectives, identifying evolving needs, and delivering solutions that generate measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, technical, and customer success—to ensure excellent service delivery and uncover opportunities to deepen client engagement. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key global accounts across the EMEA region. Develop a thorough understanding of client business goals, challenges, and priorities. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities that create clear business value. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service delivery. Lead contract discussions and negotiations to support sustainable partnerships. Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs, and present regular strategic business reviews. Stay informed on market trends and competitive developments to shape account strategies. Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum of 7 years’ experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within the software or Saa S industry. Proven track record of managing and growing complex global accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently across multiple regions and time zones. Strong experience with CRM platforms and account management tools.
