Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to join our growing data engineering team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and optimize data pipelines across the Snowflake ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience, strong SQL expertise, and a proven track record of integrating diverse data sources and delivering scalable, high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and migrate data from multiple sources (SQL, NoSQL, on-prem, cloud) into Snowflake. Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake best practices. Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned scripts. Manage and optimize Snowflake objects including warehouses, databases, schemas, roles, and RBAC. Develop and maintain scalable data models (star, snowflake, normalized/denormalized). Monitor performance, optimize warehouse usage, and ensure cost-efficient workloads. Implement data validation, testing, and governance frameworks within Snowflake. Collaborate with data analysts, BI teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure reliable and accessible data.
Qualifications:5+ years of professional experience working with Snowflake in a data engineering or database engineering role. Strong experience integrating heterogeneous data sources into Snowflake. Advanced SQL skills and experience writing highly performant queries. Hands-on experience with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, and Data Sharing. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling techniques. Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, dbt, Informatica, Matillion, Talend, etc.).
