Duties/Tasks And Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Senior Program Manager and serves as working level Contractor Manager interface between the COR/ACOR and is included in the overall level of effort, and quality of production/output.
- Responsible for the overall contract operations of respective geographic region, as assigned by the PM, and shall be the contractor's primary technical performance interface with COR/ACOR within each region.
- Interfaces directly with their designated regional Headquarters, J2 Staff Section, CPIE director, the PM and the COR/ACOR.
- Available as necessary during all duty hours to meet with the KO or COR/ACOR to discuss contract performance matters.
- Ensures any 24/7 watch-bills and other operations that may need extended contractor support are properly managed filled as required by the COR and government lead in accordance with the contract.
- Works with the PM to resolve KO/COR/ACOR identified contract performance matters within their assigned region.
- Compiles Daily activities logs from region and submit to PM on weekly basis.
- Receives and executes technical taskings from COR/ACOR to the designated local Government representative at their assigned Regional Command.
- Reports mission related information to PM as required by this performance work statement, appropriate regulations, and guidelines, or as tasked by the COR/ACOR to the local Government representative on tasking status.
- Provides recommendations and comments for assessing and reporting intelligence related requirements to the PM for inclusion in the monthly and quarterly status reports.
- Assists in the coordination of planning, programming, development, scheduling and implementation of various intelligence support functions as outlined in the PWS.
- Manages all leaves, processes employee time sheets, mission CONOP, movement, and manning levels within region.
- Assigns and manages any Site leads where in outposts not physically located within their region.
Here’s What You’ll Need
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 4 years relevant management experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working in the government environment as a member of the Armed Forces or Government (GG12) serving in multi-intelligence roles.
- At least 2 years management/command experience including leading large complex projects or teams.
- At least 2 years of experience in the CENTCOM AOR.
- TS/SCI Clearance
Desired Requirements
- Desired Experience At least 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Desired Education Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
