Job Overview:
Source Inspection Supervisor has overall responsibilities for senior source inspectors and source inspectors and reporting to Source Inspection Manager (Area) and / or Source Inspection Manager (Project).
Responsible for management and supervision of the following project source inspection personnel: Source Inspectors: Senior Quality Inspector (Senior Source Inspector), Quality Inspector (Source Inspector)
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - TPC/TPI Coordinator – In charge of overall coordination between COMPANY, Third Party Certification (TPC) for Procurement and Third Party Inspection (TPI) in Fabrication and Installation.
- Reports directly to the Project Quality Manager - Procurement & responsibilities include:
- a.) Ensure the implementation and compliance to COMPANY’s Quality Requirements during Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation activities.
- b.) Interface and involvement with Third Party Certification (TPC) for Procurement & Third Party Inspection (TPI) in Fabrication and Installation for conformance and meeting the requirements of QP Standard for Corporate Requirements for Third Party Certification and Inspection Agencies in Projects. Coordination between COMPANY representative and Third Party Certification (TPC) Agencies.
- d.) Arranging weekly and monthly meetings with TPCA and COMPANY:
- Quality Meetings (weekly) (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation).
- TPC Meetings (weekly and monthly).
- TPI Meetings (weekly and monthly).
- Ensure TPCA availability of all resources for successful completion of the scope
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Engineering Graduate
- BSc Degree / Equivalent
- 10+ years in the Materials, Welding, Inspection & Source Inspection Coordination.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
