The Contract Performance Manager (CPM) is the on-site focal point with the customer for all the operational topics, being the key interface for all aspects of the contract. This role will be responsible to ensure the smooth execution of contractual maintenance and site activities for customer satisfaction.

As a Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and supporting Work Site team (Resident Engineers and Local Staff)
  • Interfacing with Baker Hughes departments, to deliver contractual obligations and to facilitate outage activities coordination
  • Supervising the application of admin, EHS, quality, maintenance and engineering policies, procedures and filing the systems to execute this contract.
  • Responding to customer's technical inquiries coordinating technical resources, to assure problems identification and resolution.
  • Assisting customer's operation and maintenance staff in monitoring performances of covered units and recommend actions to improve safety, availability and reliability.
  • Identifying elements requiring improvement and structure projects and actions to address the needs.
  • Organize and conduct recurring contract review meetings, outlining activities and units performances (including RCA).
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of recommended actions due to Technical Information Letters by monitoring their technical applicability and execution timeframe.
  • Providing information about the latest advancements in upgrades opportunities to Customer, and assist in their implementation.
  • Keeping customer updated about design changes of parts to be installed.
  • Coordinating Field Service, Repair Service and part delivery activities to meet contract obligation.
  • Coordinating the reviewing of maintenance plan, with the aim to optimize the Units reliability and availability.
  • Resolving with the customer any un-clarity in the contract wording which may arise during the execution of the contract .
  • Reviewing GANTT of the activities and update it to latest input based on scope work.

  • Have Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant.
  • Have 5+ years of Project Management expertise & contract management.
  • Have ability to navigate and connect complex organizations and various stakeholders together.
  • Have ability to manage commercial & sales opportunities.
  • Have ability and willingness to travel to customer’s site as customer’s operations require
  • Have communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
