Female Executive Personal Assistant

UAE - Dubai
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient female Personal Assistant to support a busy mom with multiple business operations in Australia and Dubai. This role requires a self-motivated and proactive individual who can handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The successful applicant will need to have her own visa and be proficient in using MS applications, managing calendars, and coordinating daily schedules. Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the mom's calendar and schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements across different time zones.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management and meet deadlines.
- Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the mom, including email management and drafting responses.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, clients, and service providers.
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Provide general support to the mom in various personal and business-related matters.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and travel as required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Location:
The job is based in Sharjah Al Suyoh, with transport provided from Muweilah, Sharjah. The successful applicant will be driven to and from the nearest transport point.
