SENIOR HEAD THERAPIST
• Lead practitioner delivering treatments, mentoring the team, and ensuring training is delivered to therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced face and body treatments with expertise, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Lead train, and inspire the therapist team to maintain consistency in treatments.
• Personalize wellness experiences to meet clients needs and create an exceptional guest experience.

YOUR PROFILE:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury spa or wellness settings
• Expertise in holistic and therapeutic treatments (massage, facials, body rituals)
• Strong leadership and team mentorship skills
• Certifications in massage therapy, skincare or wellness practices.
