SPA MANAGER
• Oversee all spa operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, high-performance teams, and business management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth execution of all services.
• Sales & Business Growth – Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenues, optimize bookings, and drive retail sales.
• Operational & Financial Management – Oversee daily operations, budget management, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

YOUR PROFILE:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury spa or wellness settings
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong leadership, management team mentorship skills
• Monitor financial performance, optimize treatment bookings, and drive revenue growth.
