Jordan Sweden Medical is looking to hire a Warehouses and Logistics Manager with the following requirements:
Job Description in brief :
To meet the Operations Management goals, the Warehouses and Logistics Manager should meet the following objectives:
- Ensure warehouse management, logistics and distribution is carried in compliant with industry standards and good warehousing practices and GMP Regulations.
- Ensure customer demand is fulfilled through the Supply Chain functions and follow up on plans to ensure sales orders are completed as requested.
- Effective and efficient management of resources related to Warehouses and Logistics functions.
- Develop good work relationships with other functional groups within JOSWE
- Support organizational goals and objectives
Warehouses and Logistics Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Management, Operations, Logistics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)
- At least 10 years experience in in the pharmaceutical industry (5 years in food or pharmaceutical industry preferable).
Skills Required:
- Ability to negotiate contracts as well as commercial terms and service level agreements (essential) with supply chain stake holders.
- Supply chain experience, working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent language skills in Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Certification and accreditation is a plus
- Excellent computer skills such as MS Office and Outlook
