We are hiring Sales Representatives who will work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with pharmaceutical business partners based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.


Responsibilities:Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships.Use the most effective selling approach for each Customer.Territory Mapping & understanding.Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customersConduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers dailyBuild and maintain relationships with new and repeat customersMaintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accountsEducate customers on how Grinta can benefit them financially and professionallyMonitor the company’s industry, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needsFollow company rules to achieve company objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Business Administration  Experience in Distribution Company is preferred.Experience in pharmaceutical field is preferred.Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skillsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackGood command of English language
