- Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. investments, market growth, pricing changes)
- Conduct research to create forecasts about the cost of a project.
- Create estimation reports for the project manager.
- Collaborate with the project manager & PMO to make decisions about resource allocation.
- Anticipate potential risks and develop preventative solutions.
- Assist with feasibility studies and strategize how to increase margins of profit of a project.
- Identify costs and overall budget, ensuring the project is on track.
- Review and assess project timelines & Performance.
- Ensuring enough data and detail are available to package estimate into control budget.
- Compiling and review project cost breakdown structures.
- Ensuring compliance to cost control procedures applicable to type of project and life cycle phase and collaborate regarding continuous evaluation and updating thereof to ensure latest trends and developments are considered.
- Assisting in preparation for Project Audits.
- Preparation of cost reports per contractor for monthly cost meetings.
- Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions.
- Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory.
- Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.7 to 10 Years hands-on experience in mega projects.Great attention to detail.Strong analytical skills.Experience in data & Projects performance analysis.PMP Certification mandatory.Energy experience will be absolute advantage.
