Job purpose:
The Stock Control Specialist should achieve high fill rate to enhance sales process via achieving their sales target and maximize utilization of company capital by increasing turnover and reducing stock value, reducing VOR orders to be less than 3%.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create spare parts purchase orders on local / foreign vendors and follow up with the logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze stock and operational plans for ensuring adequate stock availability of all products across all company to ensure high Fill rate.
- Monitor trends and forecast on sales channels assumptions.
- Increase Stock order and reduce VOR orders percent to be less than 3%.
- Study lost sales and Back-ordered reports.
1-2 years of experience.Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent.Excellent command of the English Language.Full knowledge of MS OfficeStock control and order planning knowledge(forecasting methods – order planning – demand management)
