  • Present the service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face & through phone
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
  • Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Document all pertinent customer information and conversations.
  • Achieving the company strategic objective and targets.
  • Retain the existing customers.
  • Increase the company’s margin of profitability.
  • Increase the market share for the company.
  • Satisfying the customer through achieving their requirements & specifications.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience+2 years of experience in salesExperience in real estate is preferredVery Good representation and communication skillsVery good in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeHands-on experience with CRM software is a plusThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for salesAptitude in delivering attractive presentationsImmediate join are preferred.
