- Receive and Reply for Emails ( Hotel Website , Email Reservation )
- Follow up with guests to complete reservation process
- Respond for calls to handle any case ( cancellation , confirmation ,…)
- Responding for reviews
- Entry date for reservation sheet with all data
- Send weekly feedback (positive or negative ) to manager
• Bachelor degree tourism and hotels or any related field • 0-1 working experience in reservation field • very good in English • Proficient in Microsoft office • good Communication skills • Ability to use and respond for emails
