Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our organization. As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities of our group of companies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in financial management, along with professional certifications such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health, stability, and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the group of companies.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide strategic recommendations to executive management based on financial insights and trends.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for executive management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
- Implement effective internal control measures to safeguard company assets.

3. Cash Flow Management:
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and manage working capital effectively.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow through effective accounts receivable and payable management.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow and liquidity.

4. Investment and Risk Management:
- Conduct investment analysis and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
- Monitor and manage the organization's portfolio of financial assets.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance department.
 


- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.- CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and/or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is required.- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a multi-entity or group company setting.- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in financial software and systems.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
