Job Duties :-
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management.
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Work with the management team to set measurable goals and objectives.
- Identify potential business opportunities and leads.
- Develop new relationships with potential clients and partners through networking, company presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and oversee the production of business proposals, contracts, and other pre-sales documentation.
- Negotiate terms with clients and partners to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management about operational support for existing clients.
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, outcomes, and required improvements.
- Analyze the performance of business initiatives and compare results with the initial objectives and expectations.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.Must be fluent in English, both written and spokenFluency in additional languages is highly desirable.Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.Strong ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies.Proficiency with CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
