Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute the agency's strategic plan aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand the agency's client base and revenue.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for the agency and ensure their achievement.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, proposal development, and pitching to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, client needs, and new service offerings.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry associations to build a strong professional network and promote the agency's brand.

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects for clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality work within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

 Industry Knowledge and Innovation:

  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the agency, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)- Proven work experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques- Excellent leadership and people management skills- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking- Exceptional communication and presentation skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Proficiency in marketing software and tools- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
