Call Center Agent

Egypt - Cairo

As our team is expanding, we are on the hunt for additional qualified Call Center Agents to join a fast-growing team.  The ideal candidate will perform the following duties: 

  • Manage inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide courteous and professional phone support to customers.
  • Update customers account data, as required.
  • Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues.
  • Fulfill all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor.
  • Other duties might be assigned.
