This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Advisor located in El Sheikh Zaid.
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for achieving sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
• Understanding customers’ needs.
• Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc.
• Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).
