Responsibilities:
- Organize, classify, and index the company’s documents and archives.
- Ensure the conservation and protection of both physical and digital documents.
- Implement electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Facilitate access to archives for authorized individuals and respond to internal requests.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and archive retention rules.
Profile:
- Degree in archival science or information management (minimum Bac +2).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage both physical and digital documents.
- Autonomy and service-oriented, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulations related to archive management is a plus.
