Job DescriptionThe CW-Product Manager will be leading Hematology marketing initiatives and programs. Candidates must have a proven track record of contribution to brand growth and/or marketing experience developing and implementing a wide range of high-impact marketing tools and programs.
Accountabilities
- Defining Product Strategy: Setting the product vision and aligning it with company goals.
- Maximizes the brand potential at national level
- Executes Brand Plan
- Define and execute strategic plan for the brand
- Delivers branding campaign in line with international guidance
Responsibilities
- Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
- Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan
- Develops LRS/ forecast with Business Planner
- Proposes national sales target, achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers
- Partners with internal local and international PM
- Recruits and manages external vendors
- Identifies business opportunities, champions new ideas and develops business cases
- Designs and executes promotional activities by determining the type, sequencing and frequency of the promotional mix for target HCPs and fully utilizing a range of channels (e.g. digital marketing)
Authority
- Determine the resources required for the product, including budget and team allocation.
- Prioritize tasks, and initiatives based on value, impact, and resources.
- Signs off and manages DOE.
- Selects agencies to support MC capability build and SC operations

- Brand DOE budget/ Brand performance/ Country brand plans

- Promotional campaign

- Product Forecast and LE
- Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews
- Cross-functional SC strategy and roadmap for roll-out, funding and improvement
- Reports on MC impact and SC performance throughout the year
- Innovative solutions to maximize Customer Engagement activities, and SC ability to support these activities
- Planning, execution, governance processes for MC planning and SC delivery
Requirements
- Academic education or experience from similar positions
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in industry
- 1 to 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
- Financial and budgeting skills and experience
- Documented track record of product launch
- Computer skills (MS Office programs)
