Our client is a leading SaaS provider in the Medspa industry, helping aesthetic businesses scale through cutting-edge marketing solutions. We are seeking a Web Designer / UI Designer to take the lead in designing and optimizing Squarespace-based websites for our clients.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

The Web Designer / UI Designer will be responsible for leading all website design and UI/UX efforts using Squarespace. This role requires a highly creative individual with a strong understanding of user experience, branding, and conversion optimization to build and refine high-converting websites tailored to Medspa businesses.

• Act as the lead Web Designer, responsible for creating and optimizing Squarespace websites for clients.

  
  

• Develop clean, modern, and high-end UI designs that align with the Medspa aesthetic.

  
  

• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure seamless website experiences.

  
  

• Implement best practices for UX/UI design, usability, and mobile responsiveness.

  
  

• Optimize websites for conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO, and user engagement.

  
  

• Create landing pages, web components, and template designs that can be scaled for multiple clients.

  
  

• Conduct A/B testing to refine designs based on user behavior and performance metrics.

  
  

• Maintain brand consistency across all website elements.

  
  

• Ensure Squarespace sites are properly integrated with marketing tools, including tracking pixels, CRM, and analytics.

  
  

• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, UX best practices, and Squarespace updates.

  
  

• 2+ years of experience in web design with a strong focus on Squarespace.

  
  

• Proven portfolio showcasing website designs that prioritize user experience and conversion.

  
  

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, layout design, and branding.

  
  

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality designs with minimal guidance.

  
  

• Experience in building scalable website templates for multiple businesses.

  
  

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.

  
  

• Experience working with marketing teams to align web design with business goals.

  
  

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing tools.

  
  

• Experience in Medspa, beauty, or luxury brand industries.

  
  

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required but a plus).

  
  

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and UI mockups.

  
  

• Experience with integrating third-party tools into Squarespace.
