Inside Sales Representative

Our client a well-established provider of print and marketing services, seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with sales experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.


Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Closing: Engage with inbound and outbound leads, pitch services, and close deals efficiently.


  • High-Volume Calls: Make a significant number of daily calls to potential and existing customers, presenting the company’s offerings persuasively.


  • Lead Management & Follow-Ups: Maintain and nurture a pipeline of prospects, following up consistently to maximize conversion.


  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing customer accounts.


  • CRM Utilization: Use HubSpot to manage client interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of all activities.


  • Commission-Driven Focus: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets with a strong drive for performance-based earnings.


Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 1+ years in a sales role, preferably in a high-call-volume, commission-based environment.


  • Commission-Based Mindset: Experience working in a role with performance-based incentives and a hunger for earnings growth.


  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent English (verbal and written), with a neutral or South African/British-accented tone preferred.


  • Sales Enthusiasm & Drive: Strong personality with a go-getter attitude, able to engage potential customers effectively.


  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM for sales and pipeline management.


  • Ability to Handle Rejection: Resilience in dealing with customer objections while maintaining a positive approach.
