Regional Sales Manager

Comba Telecom - Algeria - Algiers

With an aggressive profitable growth strategy, we are actively looking for an experienced Sub-Regional Sales Manager - North Africa to join our MENA leadership team, reporting to the General Manager MENA. He/She will be based in Algiers to spearhead the sales and business development function in Algeria, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia and possibly MTN accounts.


All Comba products portfolio is covered; which includes BTS antennas, IBS (Passive & Active DAS), repeaters, ORAN, and ancillaries.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Direct and indirect Sales and Business Development activities in North Africa; provide strategic direction and goals. This includes both the mobile operators and enterprise industry.

• Produce sales strategies for profitable growth and keeping the company competitive and innovative

• Accurately forecast future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to continuous shifts in the marketplace

• Accountable for profit and timely cash collection targets

• Drive direct sales revenue and build strong channel networks

• Establish strong professional relationship with customers across all levels and be the company’s business advocate

• Track sales levels against targets and produce sales forecasts for upcoming months and years

• Launch new products across a variety of channels and assists with the production of market analysis

• Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions


Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Strategic Sales, Account Management, Sales Management

• 10+ years of work experience with proven sales track record in telecom industry; some channel sales experience will be an advantage

• Evidence of strong relationship with key mobile operators in North Africa (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia & Libya), which resulted from a sound sales track record with these customers. Relationship with operators and RAN vendors in Algeria is MUST.

• Good technology and technical knowledge

• Well informed about telecom market in North Africa, competitors, and associated products
