The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of projects for a SaaS-based B2B e-commerce solution. This role combines project management with feature documentation responsibilities to ensure seamless communication between Product owner, development teams, and clients.

• Plan, manage, and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers, to ensure alignment on goals.
• Assign tasks based on team members' expertise and track progress to resolve dependencies or roadblocks.
• Maintain clear communication with Product owner, providing updates on milestones and potential risks.
• Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and maintain project documentation for transparency.
• Oversee technical testing and QA processes to ensure product quality and functionality.
  

• Gather feature requirements from Product owner and clients.
• Translate business needs into detailed feature descriptions, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Develop workflows, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to guide the development team.
• Regularly update and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Collaborate with QA testers to ensure thorough testing of features and system updates.
• Review and validate testing outcomes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  

• Monitor project outcomes and gather feedback from stakeholders for iterative improvements.
• Analyze processes to optimize efficiency and identify areas for enhancement in project management workflows.
  

• Proven experience in project management within a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in feature documentation, user stories, and creating functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and non-technical Product owner.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mobile app development workflows, and SaaS platforms is preferred.
