ROLES
Here’s an overview of your responsibilities:

Surveillance and Monitoring: Your primary responsibility is to monitor the premises, either through physical patrols or by using surveillance systems such as cameras and alarms, to detect and deter any unauthorized activity or security breaches.

Access Control: Controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points, checking identification, and verifying credentials of individuals seeking access. This may involve operating security gates, issuing visitor passes, and enforcing entry procedures.

Patrol and Inspection: Conducting regular patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are secure and free from potential threats or hazards. You’ll inspect doors, windows, and other entry points for signs of tampering or damage, as well as identify any safety hazards or maintenance issues.

Emergency Response: Being prepared to respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. You’ll be responsible for alerting emergency services, evacuating occupants if necessary, and implementing emergency response procedures as outlined in the organization’s protocols.

Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts or disturbances that arise on the premises in a calm and professional manner. This may involve diffusing tense situations, mediating disputes, or providing assistance to individuals in distress while maintaining control and ensuring safety for all parties involved.

Report Writing: Documenting incidents, observations, and activities in detailed written reports. This includes recording any security incidents, breaches, or unusual occurrences, as well as maintaining logs of security-related activities and communications.

Customer Service: Providing assistance and information to employees, visitors, and tenants as needed. This may include providing directions, answering questions, or offering assistance with access or other security-related matters in a courteous and helpful manner
