Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and laundry personnel, to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department.
Assign duties, schedule shifts, and provide training and guidance to housekeeping team members, ensuring they understand and adhere to cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with brand standards and health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and expenses.
