We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer support Executive will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large amount of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM software) and telephone systems
- Languages: Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and English
- High School Diploma
