• Carry out process operations for production of chemicals and chemical formulations required for water treatment, oilfield, lubricants, and specialty chemical applications.
• Ensure all production stages are done according to the approved process parameters.
• Achieve the quality goals for the end products manufactured.
• Ensure the quality of chemicals ingredients prior to use in the process.
• Oversee daily production operations
• To manage shift production for all product lines with available resources and meeting the quality standards
• Create weekly plan for production and organizing workmen to achieve target output of the shift
• Oversee the daily production operations and implement weekly production plan to finish production as per the delivery date
• Maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitability
• Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheets
• Maintain and verify all production records for various internal and external audits
• Actively compile data and generate comprehensive reports documenting findings and suggesting improvements.
• Monitor performance of workers reporting to them.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance.

Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
• 03-05 years of experience working within the specialty chemicals manufacturing industry.
• Experience and familiarity with Manufacturing Equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards applicable to chemical manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and related certifications is preferred
